“The Gambler” on the stage of Vienna State Opera

After a resounding success in the role of Tsar Boris on the stage of Bolshoi theatre Dmitry went to Vienna to sing the General in Prokofiev’s Opera “The Gambler”. It was Dmitry Ulyanov’s debut at the Vienna State Opera, which was also an incredible success with the audience, and aroused genuine interest among opera lovers.

The performances took place on 4th, 7th, 10th, 14th, 17th and 20th of October 2017. Conductor – Simone Young, director – Caroline Gruber. The main roles in this opera were also played by Elena Guseva, Misha Didyk, Elena Maksimova, Linda Watson and others.
